In this class, our dedicated coaches place emphasis on skill development, including vaulting to handstand, performing hip circles on bars, executing back walkovers on floor, and mastering handstands on beam. Proper stretching, strength and conditioning exercises, along with skill drills, are integral to creating muscle memory and achieving excellence in gymnastics.

Gymnastics is a year-round sport, and at Chalk, our Team practices are continuous throughout the year. We've learned that in gymnastics, extended breaks may lead to skill loss or injury upon return. Each athlete is expected to train specific hours at their designated training times while on this gymnastics team. Training schedules remain consistent throughout the year, with occasional classes added to accommodate more athletes. Detailed training schedules will be communicated via email. Athletes are required to wear leotards and have their hair pulled back for each practice.
