DESCRIPTION

This class is for teens and adults to work bodyweight strength and skills based on their specific interests and needs. We use all the events of gymnastics as well as kettlebells, dumbbells, bands and other implements to incorporate strength and mobility into this eventful hour.

  • One Session per Week
  • 50 Minutes per Session
  • 12 spots per Class
  • Year round open enrollment
  • Monthly autopay or drop-in
  • No membership required
