Freeride & Dryland
Got a kid that likes to fly? Want them more skillful on a trampoline?
Whether you're passionate about skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, cliff diving, kiteboarding, skateboarding, or any activity that involves airtime, our Air Awareness program is tailored for you. We cover a wide range of essential topics, from mastering safe falling techniques and precise rolling to understanding haptic and optic movements, executing flips, twists, and enhancing balance. Our comprehensive training takes place on our two Max Air Super Trampolines, where you'll learn how to efficiently control your body while airborne. Many air sports expose you to less forgiving landing surfaces, such as rocks, concrete, or hard snow. Join us at Chalk Gymnastics to learn safely and maximize your performance, ensuring a long-lasting and successful experience in the real world.
Get ready for the Freeski and Snowboard Season with Chalk! Build the strength you need for your mountain adventures and practice tricks and techniques for the park, pipe, slopestyle, and big mountain. Enhance your fitness and strength through training techniques and working drills. This course utilizes trampolines, dry slopes, mini ramps, and gym features. Please come prepared for an active session.
The youth at Chalk are already strong from their activities at the gym and in the mountains, but there's no better way to boost strength than through weightlifting. Whether your child is just starting to learn or wants to continue lifting, join us at Chalk. Our strength programs are specifically designed for the changing bodies of growing kids and teens, and we've been teaching kids to lift for fifteen years. Join us to ensure your child starts off on the right foot and develops a love for lifting. Some classes are offered at the Power Station on Cascade Avenue in Hood River.
