Has a strong emphasis on basics and conditioning so gymnasts can advance their skills on floor, bars, beam, vault & trampoline. Emphasis on flexibility & strength training
In this class athletes can perform all required skills with excellent technique and are working on perfecting more complex skills. Students in this class also show great flexibility and strength.
Learn and practice the six events of Men’s Gymnastics: Floor, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar.
